Empire Eye Physicians (EEP) website is offered to you, the user ("User"), conditioned on acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, without modification. The website is Empire Eye Physicians’ system, provided as a public service. The general public may use this system to review and retrieve publicly available government information. Severability
